I'll give them a 1 out of 5. Was in a jam with water in backyard. Was told price per hour was $125/hour. Fine, no problems with that considering the urgent need for a plumber. At 5pm he was called to assess an issue. He arrived promptly afterward but with a careless attitude. After explaining to him the problem, it appeared to be working properly...my biggest mistake was letting him leave without doing anything (he didn't charge me, which was appropriate) 2 hours later the same exact problem occurs. They are called back to find the issue, now the fee had been increased an extra $60/hour because it was after-hours. Fine also. Once they arrived he looked around to find out he didn't have the proper tools and would need to run back to his shop. 30 minutes later (was still being charged for this) he shows up and gets to work. Brings out his gas pump only to find out he doesn't have a long enough hose to run to the curb so he begins pushing the water out at a fast rate onto my patio which was damaged in the process. After about 15 minutes of fighting with his gas pump to turn on, things start looking like they're working. Until the pump turns off again for the next hour and a half. I patiently watched (and assisted) while the pump would turn on and off every minute or so. Had this pump which I would later find out I was "renting" worked correctly the job could've been completed in 30 minutes total. Instead I paid $460 to watch 2 men operate a faulty machine, in which I offered my help in the pouring rain. 12 hours later, the pump that was installed (part of the service) no longer works, and a flood is once again forming. Called the company back to hear "I can come look at it but it's going to cost another $185) after arguing with him about the service he claims he is trying to help (it was his job and he was paid for) he did nothing to satisfy the customer. It should also be noted that during this dreadful night it was approximately 10:30 when the bill was signed off on and we said our farewell, a short time after a coworker was knocking on the door which woke my entire family up to ask if I could jump their broken down vehicle. Once the vehicles were in position they came to realization they had locked their keys, cell-phone etc. in the truck and needed my assistance again. Being a humane person, I didn't think twice but to help out any way I could. That's all I wanted when I made the phone call the next day. Shows the type of people you'll be dealing with. Nobody should feel scammed after a service is paid for and that's exactly where I'm at right now. Total disappointment, owner should be ashamed and I would whole-heartedly advise anyone and everyone to LOOK ELSEWHERE.
Absolute fantastic service, we have used this company twice now and their response time is outstanding. First time we needed drains snaked and the second time a gas leak. They turned up in about an hour each time. I definitely recommend these guys.
